The food/waste bin is known to fill, there are timely clean up of these bins yet what i find missing is accommodating bigger bins so we don't need to overfill the bins. Of course there are times where the bin is known to fill, for e.g: after irctc food delivery the prob of bins getting filled is high. This needs to be addressed.
Rail madad has an instant feedback, the delay in the process comes when the task is delegated. For e.g: I was locked inside a toilet for good 10+ mins. I got out, the passenger in my next seat also complained about the same issue. However I had already complained about it and the guy arrived at next station and checked out the issue, he fiddled with his hammer for some time. He took a video and said "next station has arrived, I've raised this issue, they will come and fix it". I got a mail/message from the rail madad team they will fix it in their next maintenance(which i hope they do), what i was disappointed with is, the fixers person not even providing a temporary solution like putting up a warning message/sign that said "use this toilet at your own risk, you may get locked inside". As I don't like to be seated all the time, I spend majority of my time in the "in-betweens"/pass-way between coaches and in my observation itself more than 15 people have gone to use it, some of them even knew it was broken they were asking someone to guard them from outside while they partially closed the door. Nothing wrong with all this, just people dealing with different situations.
<2024-06-14 Fri> The water complaint about water not available was made, they came and refilled the water. But as they refilled the water, we noticed that the water leakage was happening and that was the cause behind the water not being in the reserve. They workers who filled the water took the sign and ran away, said they will fix in next station but no one came in next station. So i had to open another complaint and lets see what happens. Lol they closed the complaint again by an error message that didn't even make any sense.
