homebrew.sh

 when user has permission to directory but no permission to .git/.
 brew update shows = Already upto date

This arises when installing as linuxbrew user,
and sudo password of linuxbrew is granted.

Reproduction steps:
* Install as linuxbrew user
* in prompt password give the password for linuxbrew
* brew update
