backups and archivals

e.g: encrypted rar is bad for backing up. The chance of partial recovery of file is ruined especially when dealing with encrypted rars. When archiving using rar use the rar recovery mode option but more than that. Its better to go with options that allow for recovery of data in case of file loss. E.g: use a proper backup tool for backup and don't depend on these compression + combining tools for archival
